Project Manager
Tasks:
Introduction of to potential customers
Identification of customer requirements and potential projects
Lead of development of project proposal (supported by Technical team), including technical content, project timing, commercial offer, etc
Prepare all papers required for project proposal
Negotiate and agree project proposal with customer
Work out contract details with customer; liaise with legal department
Lead commercial discussions with customer
Manage the technical content of the project by leading the Technical team
Responsible for project budget and project timing, gateway delivery, technical delivery, etc
Responsible for commercial negotiations for running projects; ensure customer payments according to schedule
Closely cooperate with Marketing team for market and customer information: feedback data and information for analysis; receive data to prepare customer
Prepare and hold presentations at customer visits, conferences, seminars, etc.
Be first point of contact for customer

Educational qualification:University Degree
Language:Good written and oral communication skills in English
Professional Experience:
Profound knowledge about transmission and powertrain technology
Basic understanding of vehicle technology
Good business acumen; understanding of transmission and automotive market in China and worldwide
Good knowledge of Sales process in China (for engineering consultancy)
Understanding of project management techniques and methods
