PhD in synthetic organic chemistry with 0-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field;
Demonstrated ability to design and carry out multistep syntheses in sufficient quantity, preferably has played a major role in completion of complex molecules, documented by publications;
Significant experience with application and analysis of spectroscopic and separation methods (HPLC, flash chromatography) is required;
Excellent communication skill in English and Chinese, excellent people/leadership skill.
