1. Setup/supervise/manage Facilities Management staffs
2.Develop operating and capital budgets for facilities, facilities group savings targets
3.Assure optimal functioning of building systems (HVAC, fire/life safety equipment, elevators, etc.)
4. Identify and implement savings initiatives
5.Implement EHS programs
6.Develop comprehensive annual inspection process for facilities
7.Coordinate/manage service contract requirements and associated vendors
8. Ensure adherence to Facilities Management Policies and Procedures
9.Develop/maintain positive relationships with internal/external customers and facilities staff
requirement:
1.Bachelors Degree in Engineering, or Facility/Engineering Management
2.Minimum 8+ years experience in Facilities Management at supervisory level and 5+ relevant working experience, battery industry background preferable
3.Working experience in Manufacturing Plant especially for vacuum system, clean room environment preferable
4. Demonstrated strong ownership, leadership, and management skills
5. Be detail oriented, analytical and demonstrated supervisory skills
6.Strong communication skills both in English and Chinese
7.Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
8.Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
9. To be able to work under pressure
