Responsibilities
1.Support to design overall annual training plan together with line departments, T&D Manager to meet the business and department objective;
2.Implement the training plan closely to follow up /keep track the training schedule and effectiveness with line departments;
3.Facilitate and communicate among employees, managers and trainers to make sure training effectiveness in the training process;
4.Check the training report to make sure accurate training data;
5.Check and control all the training fee to make sure the cost is within the budget;
6.Contact and coordinate all oversea trainings to support training plan;
7.Support to launch & follow up employees career development plan;
Requirements,
1.University degree or above
2.At least 5 years related working experience, and have HR background
3.Very good presentation skill
4.Very good command at MS Office, especially Powerpoint Skills
5.Excellent communication, planning and coordination skills
6.Excellent in English
