1.prepare patent and utility patent applications
2.advice our inventors during the application process and follow up industrial property rights
3.investigate patents and brands in China
4.handle industrial property right litigations in China
5.work closely together with our counterfeit law firm
6.correspond with Chinese communicating lawyers
your profil
1.University degree (BA or MA) in Engineering or Natural Science
2.License as Chinese patent attorney
3.Working experience above 3 years minimum
4.Fluent in English and/or German
