岗位要求
1. Master or above in chemistry or chemical engineering
2. Minimum 8 years experience in chemical enterprise, out of which 3 years should be in R&D position in foreign enterprises.
3. Green belt or above.
4. Have strong experience in deploying the R&D and engineering skills
5. Good player on 6 sigma methodology and application on new product and project
6. Be an excellent communicator
7. Excellent team skills
8. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
岗位职责
1. Project leader in new product and vital improvement on process and quality;
2. Create PFC, PFMEA, and PCP at the prophase of new product and vital improvement on process and quality;
3. Develop new process and new equipments for vital improvement;
4. Continuous process improvement through technology and process simplification.
5. Design and determine product test requirement with reference to product spec./ customer requirement.
6. Participate and implement quality procedures on new product.
7. Participate in product safety and reliability management.
8. Lead to improve product's yields and quality.
