Description:
•Responsible for overall functions of test engineering department in determining the test process for products and for developing the production test programs and fixtures.
•To coordinate with Corporate Engineering to determine Site Company tests strategy
•Work with customer to determine test strategy for NPI.
•Lead a team of test engineering staff to provide support to manufacturing activities in the company.
•Develops and implements various engineering programs on maintenance, equipment upgrading & related projects.
•Participates on new product development teams to make sure testability is designed into new products.
•Determines the test process and develops test specs based on that process.
•To ensure products manufactured are in compliance with customer requirements.
•Supports production by providing on-going technical support.
•To initiate projects leading to machine downtime minimization and test equipment optimization.
•To work on new technology and process
Requirements
•Possess good teamwork, communication, project management & leadership skills
•Able to generate new & innovative solutions to complex problems
•Posse’s in-depth knowledge in PCBA test software and hardware of common test platform (HP3070, Teradyne, Genrad, Etc.).
•Extensive understanding of analog and digital circuits.
•Skilled at defining and writing test specifications and procedures.
•Technical / Science degree with minimum 10 years working experience or equivalent.
