Main responsibilities:
-As a training leader for two plants, one in Jinhua, the other in Changzhou
-Organize internal training courses, search internal trainers, facilitate training delivery
-Search, evaluate, negotiate with training providers in the market to provide courses that match with company needs
-Discuss with dept heads to identify company specific training needs
-Initiate new training course according to business needs and corporate straties/systems
-Training process management
-Training data management
-Schedule training plan, review and update training catalog annually according to business needs
-Keep frequent communication with USA Corporate training team
Requirements:
-University degree or above
-At least 5 years working experience out of which 3 years or more should be in related fields in a multinational company
-Good communication skills, analytical thinking
-Proficiency in English
-Team spirit, customer oriented
