职位描述:
协助生产经理100%完成生产计划，协助团队管理，计划的制定、控制、监督；控制产品的不良率；组织实施生产的“5S”管理；按工作程序做好与相关部门的横向联系，并及时对部门间争议提出界定要求。
(to help the workface manager to 100% finish the plan and the team manager ,to make and control the plan and with the non-pererrorforming products .to organize the 5S manager ,to communication the other departments and put forward the demand of the disput)
2 任职资格(Job Requirement)：
1、30周岁以上，性别不限，机械或电器相关专业本科以上学历 ；
(30 years older , male or female , mechanic、electric major rated in Bachelor or above)
2、在国内纸尿裤企业担任同等职位满5年以上；
(at last 5 years correlative working experience)
3、熟悉纸尿裤产品工艺流程和生产流程，具备良好现场生产管理经验；
(be familiar with the production process flow, be learn of the management )
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力、学习能力、分析判断能力和执行能力；具有丰富的团队管理经验；
(have the good ability on communication、learning、analytical skill and executive ability )
5、良好的敬业精神和职业操守、熟练操作各种办公软件；
(good work ethic and do well with various office software)
6、外语要求：英语或日语熟悉(familiar with English or Japanese)
