职责：1. Report to Finance and workly closely with the Master Plan and Supply Chain
2. Work together with the Master Plan dept. to fully undstand company plan and timely change of key factors
3. Work together with the Supply Chain dept. to do purchasing cost control and analysis on silicon and all kinds of auxilliary materials
4. Monitor purchasing quantity according to Plan, and give in-time warning once the quantity reach a fixed percentage
5. other tasks as assigned 要求：1) BS or above in Finance or relevant, at least 10yr relevant experience
2) Rich experience in related position, especailly financial models
3) manufacturing finance and costing experience
4) strong computer skills; ERP experience, Oracle is preferred
5) good command of English and interpersonal skills
6) accountable; having the initiative to work independently; able to work under pressure;
