职责：
（1）Be proactive in addressing packaging line concerns; function as problem solver or troubleshooter. Analyze packaging line performance and identifies opportunities to increase products value and manufacturing effectiveness through design and changes.
（2）Provide technical support for all decisions related to packaging.
（3）Function as engineering liaison for all decisions related to packaging line modifications.
（4）New packaging line evaluation, type recommendation, and capital proposals.
（5）Review and approve all packaging changes and keep other functions informed of changes. Periodically review all packaging material and finished goods specifications. Function as technical contact for any recommended modifications.
（6）Develop and monitor packaging line energy consumption for products produced.
（7）Establish the standard operation procedure with the absorption of new packaging knowledge, provide training for operators and other site employees as needed.
（8）Maintain communication with stakeholder regarding their improvements initiatives to ensure that all appropriate testing is completed. Function as lead manufacturing representative during any in plant testing or implementation of major process changes.
（9）Use engineering tools and other techniques as appropriate in monitoring and improvement activities. Provide technical reports as needed.
要求：
（1）3-5 years of manufacturing experience of which 1-2 years in a technician position preferably with a multinational foreign-invested company.
（2）Prefer packaging experience in agro-chemical company .
（3）Strong communication and coordination skills .
（4）Good knowledge of safety.
（5）Engineering project management and capability of managing multiple assignments.
（6）Design capability and strong process optimization and trouble shooting skills.
（7）University graduate, with major in mechanical engineering.
（8）Fluent in English both spoken and written.
