Training & Development Program Implementation
Recruitment and Selection to meet business needs
Employee Relations Management
Local Legal Compliance & Improvement suggestion whenever necessary
Requirements:
University degree in HR or related field
Good command of both Chinese and English
3+ years of working experience in HR field in multi- national company
Business oriented; proactive; enthusiastic and responsive
Good planning and well organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Good team work and familiar with multi-task environment
