-Integrate and implement company strategies and master projects
-Develop, deploy and execute functional strategies
-Support planning processes in cooperation with President
-Budget planning, analysis, review and ongoing controlling
-People Leadership (Target setting and controlling, performance and competency appraisal, feedback and recognition, personnel placement planning and people development, etc.)
-Process driver for all factory processes
-Insure sufficient factory output on adequate quality level according to production program
-Insure continuous improvement and organisation of production as required.
-Supervise material management, purchase of all kind of material and equipment, receiving, storage and dispatch
-Act as the conduit for communicating and enforcing all company rules, policies and procedures for personnel conduct, company property, ethics, compensation, safety
-Responsible to apply and respect the technical documentation, procedures and specifications to have product made, in accordance with QA system
-Manage production to maximize efficiency, productivity, respecting delivery times
-Minimize manufacturing cost
-Make sure the production equipment and tooling are used properly, and regularly maintained
-Detect non conformities and set up corrective actions
-Act as a team player, within his team and other services
-Good communication skills, verbal and in writing. Communicate with his peers, subordinates and hierarchy
-Work closely with other departments within the company
-Liaise with US parent company on all technical, factory and commercial aspects.
