ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE 职责目标
Accountable for the timely and satisfactory completion of engineering projects。 负责及时，较好地完成工程项目。
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES & TASKS 责任和任务
1. Participate in design teams. 参与设计团队
2. Undertake electrical component and system design that achieves optimum solution to performance, cost, quality, timing, ease of assembly/manufacture, serviceability. 负责使电力部件和系统设计在性能、成本、质量、装配/生产的难易程度以及适用性上达到最佳。
3. Interpretation and approval of engineering drawings. 解释并确认工程制图
4. Apply electrical/electronics knowledge in the design AC systems. 在设计空调系统的过程中充分应用电力电子知识。
5. Develop engineering specifications.改进工程说明书
6. Analyse and resolve design problems. 分析和解决设计问题
7. Apply costing appreciation in regard design constraints and development hours. 根据成本的考虑进行设计方面的约束并缩短开始时间
8. Ensure tooling costs achieve a balance between tool design and product volume. 确保加工成本在工具设计和产量中达到平衡
9. Maintenance of Bills of Material. 材料方案的维护
10. Participate in VA/VE activities. 参与VA/VE活动。
11. Develop and maintain project timing plan in accordance with project management system.根据工程管理系统发展和维护工程时间计划
12. Assist in project feasibility studies. 在工程可行性研究中提供帮助
13. Assist in development and implementation of test plans. 在测试计划的发展和执行中提供帮助
14. Liaise with purchasing for component price, tooling costs and lead times. 与供应商就部件价格，加工成本和订货至交货的时间保持联系。
15. Liaise with R&D to ensure adequate performance and reliability testing is undertaken. 与研究开发部门保持联系以保证性能的充足并且负责可靠性测试
16. Responsible for Technical Proposals and Prototype Bus BOM. 负责技术提以及巴士样车BOM表
17. Provide technical support for customer including tender, installation, product application, services etc. 为客户，包括投标，安装，产品应用和服务方面提供技术支持
18. Ensure accuracy of assigned tasks to CAD design and that tasks are completed on time. 确保对CAD制图的准确性，并保证任务及时完成。

KPI’s
1. Design tasks successful and completed in the agreed time frame. 在规定的期限内成功完成设计任务
2. Accuracy of Bill of Material. 物料清单的准确性
3. Minimal CR raised on design related issues after production (Target zero). 使生产后设计相关事项引起的CR达到最小化。（目标为0）
4. Minimal CAR raised on design related issues (Target zero). 使设计相关事项引起的CAR达到最小化。（目标为0）
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE技能和知识要求
1. Tertiary Qualifications in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years experience.
电机工程方面的执业资格证书，至少2年的工作经验
2. Written English and oral English communication skills - CET certificate preferred.
良好的英语书面和口语技能，有 CET证书的优先
3. Experience in the rail air conditioning industry would be preferred. 有轨道空调工作经验者优先
4. Understanding of electrical circuitry and able to interpret electrical schematics.
对电路有比较好的理解能力并能翻译电子图表
5. Understanding of Air Conditioning technical installation desirable and troubleshoot.
了解空调技术安装和故障维修
6. Technical experience in Bus, Rail or Automotive industry would be an advantage.
具有巴士、轨道和汽车产业工作经验者优先
7. Ability to conduct some hands on work and use of tools. 进行手工操作和使用工具的能力
8. Computer literacy. 计算机的操作能力
