Internation Trainee Program Description: 国际培训生项目
Successful candidates will undergo a three-month orientation program in our Head Office for Asia/Australia located in Singapore. Thereafter, you will be sent to Germany under the International Training Program where you will be trained in Process Engineering, Production and Technical applications for a period of about one year or less. After acquiring the relevant exposure, training and experience from Germany you will be given a chance to lend your expertise in diverse and challenging areas in China.
成功录用的候选人，将有机会在新加坡亚澳区总部接受为期三个月的入职培训，然后派往德国参加国际培训生项目。在德国总部，成功的候选人将接受最长一年的有关工艺、产品和技术应用的相关培训。并将在培训项目全部完成后回到中国
Requirements: 录用标准
We are currently looking for graduates with outstanding academic qualifications.
You should possess an undergraduate degree preferably in mechanical or polymer engineering.
（ MUST TO HAVE）
The candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English. Ability to speak German will be a definite advantage.

The final candidate will be employed by REHAU China with fix term labor contract during international trainee period and take a position as Technical Engineer Industry China after oversea training as an permanent contract employee.
