店铺导购/营业员
任职资格：
- 愿意从事零售行业工作，20-28岁，高中或中专以上学历，身体健康；
- 具有良好的沟通意识、服务意识和销售意识；
- 热情、主动、形象良好，诚实开朗，有高度的工作责任心；
- 具有零售行业(例如超市、百化公司、专卖店等)的销售工作经验佳；
- 能够适应零售行业工作环境及工作时间要求；
- 有2年以上品牌销售经验、能进行基本英语会话优先、具有良好的审美观，能针对顾客的肤 色、职业、喜好等，在服饰搭配上给予良好建议，令顾客满意并愿意购买公司更多商品者优先。
职位描述：
- 必须有能力完成每月销售指标，并积极与其他同事合作共同完成店铺月总指标；
- 每日店铺点数及盘点；
- 店铺的清洁及整理工作；
- 货品的基本陈列；
- 补货及调货；
- 和顾客建立良好的沟通，并能保持良好的关系；
- 积极推广店铺的零售活动；
- 做好VIP的维护及跟进工作；
- 按要求完成公司的各类表格的统计工作；
- 做好与对班的交接工作；
- 及时向公司反映顾客的意见及建议；
- 其它临时的工作、任务。SHOP ASSISTANT
Requirement:
- willing to work in retail industry, 20-28 age, high school or technical secondary school;
- Have good sense for communication, service, and selling;
- Warm, active, good appearance, honest, has strong sense of responsibility;
- It is better to have experience in retail industry for selling;
- Get used to the timing and work environment in retail industry;
- Has two years experience in fashion brand, it is better to know some basic English words in selling, has good sense of beautify, has good mix & match skill for customer and good ability to advise customer to shop more products.
Job Deerrorscription:
- Must be able to achieve monthly sales target and cooperate with colleague to achieve whole store’s monthly target with passion;
- Daily products counting;
- Daily cleaning and arrangement work;
- Basic displaying of products;
- Products supplementing and transferring;
- To establish good communication with customer and keep good relationship with customer;
- To be very active for the promotion events of store;
- VIP customer maintaining and following up for selling;
- To accomplish statistics work which is required by company;
- To transfer and check the work to another shift;
- To report the suggestions and advice from customer to company in time;
- Other tasks or missions;
