Job Responsibilities: 主要工作职责
Processing of work packages in current research and development projects in conventional solar cell structures
Main focus will be on Mono-Si and Multi-Si cell process development, including new cell structure and process design and optimization
Close cooperation with internal technology functions as well as with external partners
Identification and Observation of current research and development roads
Qualifications: 任职要求
Master degree or PhD in Physics/Material Science/Microelectronics
Familiar with semiconductor processing/fabrication and characterization
Experience in research and development projects in an industrial environment is desirable
Good team worker, ambitious and willing to take high level responsibilities
Conversant with MS office, Statistics and other project tools
Good command over written and spoken English
