POSITION: ACCOUNTANT
PROFILE: Chinese, age between 30-35
TRAINING:
Supported by visits from regional Controlling and / or Accountants
Also short trip(s) to other Burkert offices may be needed
JOB SCOPE:
-Take over relevant tasks, records, materials & documents
-All accounting functions (G/L, A/R, A/P etc.)
-Supervision of 1 accounting staff
-Banking & cash management
-Controlling – credit control, expense claims, process discipline etc.
-Tax compliance / reporting
-HR – payroll & benefits administration
-Management Reporting (statistics, Financial reports, Budgets, Forecasts etc.)
-Legal matters (contracts, agreements, shareholder & Board matters etc.)
-IT matters – in conjunction with Regional / Corporate IT
-Office administration / security
-Directly reporting to Chairman / GM, functional reporting to Regional Controller
REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum 5 years relevant experience with a foreign-invested manufacturing enterprise
-Strong analytical & communication skills, bilingual in English / Chinese
-Able to work independently in a small team environment
-Degree in Accountancy or similar / professional qualification
-Must be using SAP in current job
-Experience with Yong You accounting is also useful
