Position Requirements:
1、Master degree /bachelor degree in electrical engineering, MBA and/or PMP Certification preferred
2、With minimum 3 years hands on working experience with USA/European MNC’s in project management of GSM/CDMA mobile phone, Bluetooth and or other consumer electronics products
3、Team leadership, training and coaching skills
4、Familiar with project management software is tools
5、Superior communications and interpersonal skills, particularly oral and written Mandarin and preferably English abilities
6、Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, long working hours environment under tight deadlines
7、Proactive, self-motivated, results-driven leader
8、Innovative and willingness to take on new challenges
Job Responsibilities：
1、Ensure multiple projects are completed on time, on budget, and as specified.
2、Develop and manage project schedules, resources planning, and critical paths
3、Integrate and manage project deliverables to and from groups outside the project team including external vendors
4、Must be able to manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously, while ensuring completion of projects within outline project costs
5、Coordinate and interface across different functional departments
6、Chair project meeting
7、Keep project process gate
8、Review project status with all stakeholders
